I was born in 1987 in Turkey. My fascination with tattoos goes back to my early childhood. Whenever I saw someone with tattoos, it felt as if I was seeing a celebrity — mysterious, powerful, and inspiring.
At the age of sixteen, driven by my impatient spirit, I made my very first tattoo on myself using the primitive hand poke method. Of course, I kept it hidden from my family for a while, but you can imagine that secret didn’t last long.
Today, as a tattoo artist in Marmaris, I still carry the same passion that first inspired me.
A year later, at seventeen, I sold my cellphone to buy my first tattoo machine. As soon as I got home, I started tattooing my own leg. In that moment, I realized this art would shape the direction of my life. Soon after, I began tattooing my friends and people around me.
Back then, technology and information were extremely limited — there were no stencil machines, no transfer gels, and no advanced equipment. Setting up a machine almost required engineering knowledge. Even understanding shading felt like a mystery, almost a science of its own. But my passion and curiosity made up for everything that was missing.
In 2010, at the age of twenty-one, I opened my first studio in Marmaris, Turkey. To this day, I still work in the same place with the same excitement that I had on my very first day. Over the years, I’ve met thousands of people in Turkey and the United States, creating meaningful works as an award-winning tattoo artist known for realism and precision. Each one brought me new experiences and new inspiration.
Tattooing, for me, is not just a profession — it's a way of life. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made, perhaps the best one, because every tattoo I create is a part of the journey that made me who I am.
